It means our team has reviewed that restaurant's actual halal certificate. Restaurants we haven't checked yet are shown honestly as “Verification pending.”

Yes. On the home page use the filters: ✓ Halal Verified (verified certificate), Zabiha (hand-slaughtered), and No alcohol on premises. You can also filter by cuisine.

Open any restaurant and look at the Halal certification panel — it lists the certifying authority, certificate number, expiry date, and whether it's zabiha and alcohol-free.

Pick a restaurant, tap a dish, choose any options (size, spice, add-ons) and quantity, add special instructions if you like, then Add to cart. Open your cart and go to checkout.

Your cart holds one restaurant at a time — adding from a different restaurant will ask before starting a fresh cart.

Each item has a Special instructions box in its pop-up. The kitchen sees it on the order.

At checkout, tap Get courier delivery quote. We get a live price and ETA from the courier network based on the distance to your address.

After ordering you get a live status timeline (Confirmed → Preparing → Ready → Out for delivery → Delivered) and a map. When a courier is on the way you'll see a Track live link.

A courier from our delivery network picks it up from the restaurant and brings it to you.

Securely by card at checkout. Your card details go straight to our payment processor — we never store them.

Yes — choose a tip (10%, 15%, 20%, or none) at checkout.

Yes, a quick sign-up lets you check out and track orders. Tap Log in → Create an account.

Yes. Open the site in your phone's browser and choose “Add to Home Screen” — it installs with an icon and opens full-screen like an app.

Tap Orders in the top bar to see active and past orders, and reopen any for tracking.
